Inspired by Dieter Rams' timeless "Less, but Better" philosophy, Openkey Design returns with a new theme: "Dark Theme."

This theme features two colorways:

Dark Keycaps: Crafted with five-sided dye-sublimation for a completely integrated, inky black aesthetic.

Grey Keycaps: Utilizing single-sided dye-sublimation, offering extreme restraint and a perfect complement to the dark theme.

There are no superfluous designs, only clear and easy-to-read legends and symbols, serving the most essential typing experience. Building upon the R1 foundation, it retains extensive key layout support. With PBTfans' renowned excellent materials and craftsmanship, the keycaps are thick, dry to the touch, and built to last.

The main material of the keycaps is PBT, but we have incorporated "glass microspheres" into the design. Unlike conventional PBT, this unique blend produces a clearer, crisper sound, giving it a Hi-Fi quality. The keycap thickness is approximately 1.3mm, and the surface texture offers a skin-like feel, distinctly different from our dual-color surface.
